RCK Techiees Inc. is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We have a zero-tolerance approach to forced labour, debt bondage, child labour, human trafficking, and any other form of exploitation within our business operations and supply chains.
This statement outlines the steps we have taken during the financial year ending 31 December 2025 to identify, prevent, and mitigate modern slavery risks.
Our Organisation
RCK Techiees Inc. is a US-based IT services and digital transformation company headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, with operations in the United States and India.
We provide professional services in IT Service Management, enterprise software implementation (including Freshworks, SAP, Salesforce, and Odoo), compliance automation, and related technology solutions. Our supply chain primarily consists of technology vendors, cloud service providers, professional services subcontractors, and administrative support providers.
Policies
We maintain clear policies that reinforce our stance against modern slavery, including:
- Code of Conduct
- Human Rights and Labour Practices Policy
- Supplier / Vendor Code of Conduct
- Whistleblowing (Speak-Up) Policy
- Recruitment and Onboarding Policy
These policies prohibit forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking, and require ethical treatment of all workers. They apply to employees, contractors, and suppliers.
Due Diligence and Risk Management
We take a risk-based approach to identifying and addressing modern slavery risks.
- New and significant suppliers are required to complete due-diligence questionnaires that include labour and modern slavery questions.
- Key supplier contracts include anti-slavery clauses and the right to request evidence of compliance.
- We conduct right-to-work and identity verification checks as part of our recruitment and engagement processes.
- Higher-risk suppliers may be subject to additional review.
Given the nature of our professional services business, we assess the risk of modern slavery in our direct operations as low. Residual risks are primarily associated with indirect suppliers and contingent labour. We continue to monitor and refine our approach as our business and supplier base evolve.
Training and Awareness
Employees in procurement, human resources, vendor management, and leadership roles receive awareness training on modern slavery risks, indicators, and reporting channels. Training is refreshed periodically.
Measuring Effectiveness
We assess the effectiveness of our efforts through:
- Supplier questionnaire completion and review
- Monitoring of concerns raised through our confidential Speak-Up channels
- Periodic policy and process reviews
No incidents of modern slavery were identified in our operations or supply chains during the reporting period.

We remain committed to continuous improvement. Our ongoing actions include strengthening supplier risk assessment, expanding awareness training, and enhancing contractual protections with key partners.
